APOLLO Debuts: A New Standard for Continuous High-Performance Production

One of the biggest highlights at Formnext 2025 was the debut of the FUNMAT PRO 310 APOLLO -- INTAMSYS’s next-gen platform for continuous manufacturing with high-performance materials.

A wide range of industrial-grade parts printed on APOLLO were showcased at the booth, including:

  • Satellite Signal Receiver Plate (PEEK) – Lightweight gyroid structure with dielectric and radiation resistance

  • Aircraft Wing Panel (PEKK) – Fatigue-resistant, high-strength lightweight component

  • Robot Wrist (PEEK-CF) – Rigid yet lightweight joint component accelerating robotics development

  • Oil & Gas Pipe Fittings (PPS-GF) – Pressure- and corrosion-resistant parts for extreme fluid environments

Materials Wall: 25 Materials, One Design

A standout visual feature at the INTAMSYS booth was the Materials Ecosystem Wall — 25 identical models printed in 25 different materials, including ABS, PC, PPA-CF, PPS, PEEK, PEI 9085, PEI 1010, and more.

This exhibit demonstrated the flexibility and openness of the INTAMSYS materials ecosystem, supporting a broad range of engineering and high-performance filaments.
