November 18–21, 2025 | Frankfurt, Germany
As Formnext once again turned Frankfurt into the global hub for additive manufacturing, INTAMSYS marked another important milestone in its industrial FFF journey with a strong showing at Hall 12.1 – B121.
Since its first appearance at Formnext, INTAMSYS has grown alongside the rapidly evolving AM landscape. From achieving stable high-temperature printing in the early days to today’s continuous production of end-use parts, the company has consistently pushed the boundaries of FFF technology.
At Booth 12.1-B121, INTAMSYS presented a full lineup of solutions built for modern industrial manufacturing:
FUNMAT PRO 610HT – Large-format production with high-performance polymers
FUNMAT PRO 310 APOLLO – Next-generation productivity and workflow automation
FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO – Reliable, professional, industrial-grade manufacturing
Together, these systems form a powerful ecosystem to meet diverse production needs across industries.
One of the biggest highlights at Formnext 2025 was the debut of the FUNMAT PRO 310 APOLLO -- INTAMSYS’s next-gen platform for continuous manufacturing with high-performance materials.
Key Features of FUNMAT PRO 310 APOLLO:
Live demonstrations of continuous PEEK and PEEK-GF printing drew significant attention from engineers and manufacturers, highlighting APOLLO's performance and ROI in real-world industrial environments.
A wide range of industrial-grade parts printed on APOLLO were showcased at the booth, including:
Satellite Signal Receiver Plate (PEEK) – Lightweight gyroid structure with dielectric and radiation resistance
Aircraft Wing Panel (PEKK) – Fatigue-resistant, high-strength lightweight component
Robot Wrist (PEEK-CF) – Rigid yet lightweight joint component accelerating robotics development
Oil & Gas Pipe Fittings (PPS-GF) – Pressure- and corrosion-resistant parts for extreme fluid environments
These applications underline how INTAMSYS supports production needs in aerospace, robotics, energy, and manufacturing.
A standout visual feature at the INTAMSYS booth was the Materials Ecosystem Wall — 25 identical models printed in 25 different materials, including ABS, PC, PPA-CF, PPS, PEEK, PEI 9085, PEI 1010, and more.
This exhibit demonstrated the flexibility and openness of the INTAMSYS materials ecosystem, supporting a broad range of engineering and high-performance filaments.
Formnext 2025 concluded successfully, but our mission continues. INTAMSYS remains committed to accelerating continuous, high-performance, end-use manufacturing for global industries.
We thank all visitors, partners, and collaborators who joined us in Frankfurt.
To celebrate the successful debut of APOLLO, INTAMSYS is offering a limited Early Bird Discount for manufacturers ready to transform their production capabilities.
